Dr. Wolfgang Sieh

Wolfgang Sieh is partner at Lumsden and Partners. He graduated from the University of Vienna School of Law with a Mag.iur. in 2004 and a Dr.iur. in 2009 and was admitted in Austria in 2011. Wolfgang Sieh gained his professional experience as associate with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Rechtsanwälte (2006-2009) and as Parliamentary Assistant in Law Assessment and Legistics (2005-2006). He has an excellent command of English, which he inter alia acquired during his practice in the Austrian diplomatic services in Toronto (2004). Most recently, he was partner at Fiebinger Polak Leon & Partners (2011-2013). He is specialized in start-up projects and advises start-up companies as well as national and international clients in the case of investments in start-up companies.

He is lecturer at Danube University Krems, Austria (DUK) and at the University of Applied Science “Technikum Wien” in Vienna, Austria.

He is editor of the three-volume handbook on the Austrian Commercial Code which is frequently amended and therefore one of the most up-to-date publications on the Austrian Commercial Law.
