Lumsden & Partners M&A experts Robin Lumsden, Irina Tot, successfully sold all shares (100%) to the ZEMAN Group and the Zeman family
advised by Zeman Bauelemente, the industrial robot division of the Zeman Group, to the US-listed Lincoln Electric Holdings (Nasdaq: LECO).
Zeman Bauelemente is a leading developer and manufacturer of robotic assembly and arc welding systems that automate the tacking and welding of steel beams.
The addition of Zeman Bauelemente increases Lincoln Electric's annual automation sales.
